Welcome to I'm Sam Tattoos Merch site! By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

We are a small business, and both employees work full-time jobs outside of manufacutring, creating and fulfilling orders. As such, there may occasionally be delays in processing orders and shipping.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Products & Orders

  • We offer a collection of pop culture-inspired fan art  and Original Character merchandise, with most items made in-house. We also accept tattoo enquiry forms, though submission does not guarantee availability.

  • All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.

  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our artwork and designs is strictly prohibited.

  • Reselling our products at a profit is not permitted.

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days, but in rare cases, processing may exceed this timeframe.

  • If an order is delayed beyond 7 days, we may include a complimentary product as a thank-you for your patience.

  • We periodically travel to conventions across Australia and may not be able to process orders during these times. We will do our best to notify you of any delays and will fulfil orders as soon as possible upon our return.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Customers should contact the shipping provider for issues after dispatch.

  • Local pickup orders are not available until a confirmation email has been sent. Due to our work schedules, next-day pickup is not guaranteed, and customers should allow 2-7 days for a pickup notification.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • We take great care in packing and inspecting orders, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details. Replacements are issued at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling or improper care after delivery.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, please provide photos of the unopened packaging to assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • All artwork, designs, and content on our website remain the intellectual property of I'm Sam Tattoos.

  • Customers are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or distribute our products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • Reselling our products at a profit is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Any tattoo designs created through our enquiry process are custom works and may not be copied, resold, or replicated without our consent.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products.

  • Colours and designs may appear differently on screens compared to the final product.

  • We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, but minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

We respect your privacy and only collect necessary personal information to process orders and improve our services.

We do not store or collect payment details; all transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
