Thank you for supporting I'm Sam Tattoos! As a small business, we appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to shipping. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

We are a small team of two, and both work full-time jobs outside of creating, manufacturing and fulfilling orders.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.

In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, limited stock, pre-orders or high order volumes, shipping may take longer than 7 days. If this happens, we will include a complimentary product in your order as a token of appreciation for your patience.

Convention Travel Notice: We periodically travel to conventions across Australia and may be unable to process or ship orders during these times. If you place an order while we are out of town, we will do our best to notify you and will process your order as soon as possible upon our return.

2. Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Pickup orders are not available until you receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.

Please do not approach the parlour for updates on your order as they are seperate from Im Sam Tattoos merchandise.

As we both work full-time jobs, next-day pickup is not guaranteed. Please allow 2-7 days for a pickup notification. This timeframe is subject to change as we periodically travel to conventions across Australia and may be unable to process or ship orders during these times. If you place an order while we are out of town, we will do our best to notify you and will process your order as soon as possible upon our return.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this point in time we will only be shipping domestically, but will expand to international shipping in the future. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and carrier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

4. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbours before contacting us.

5. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

If you realise you entered the wrong address after placing an order, contact us immediately at imsamtattoos@gmail.com . We will do our best to update the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at imsamtattoos@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has begun processing.
